Debug mode:
Press Up(2), Down(2), Left, Right, Left, Right, X, B, Z, R, Start at the title screen. A Japanese debug menu will appear. Highlight the "CPK" window, highlight the "Mount" option and press A. A list of items will appear. Highlight an item, press A, highlight the "Play" option, and press A again. Play the "CDDA" items to hear the digital audio tracks and the "CPK" items to view the FMV sequences. Note that using this option may lock up the Saturn.
Cheat mode:
Press Up(4), A, B, C, Down(2), X, Y, Z, Start at the title screen. A sound will confirm correct code entry. Select the Gladiators game, hold X, and press Up for the numbers. Select one of the following numbers and press Z to activate the corresponding trigger.
00: Multiball
01: Roman Triumph
02: Retiarus
03: Bloody Arena
04: Chariot Races
05: Extra Ball Lit:
06 Senator Mystery Lit
07: SPQR
08: Thracians
09: Empire
10: Gladiator Show
Hold X and press Down to remove the numbers from the screen. Hold Y and press Up while the numbers are removed to pause or resume the game without hiding the screen. Hold Z and repeatedly press Up to step through the game play one frame at a time. Select a different table to enable a different set of triggers. Another trigger cannot be activated until the previous trigger ends. Note: The Saturn may lock up with this cheat.
Sound test:
Press X(2), Y(2), Z(2), A(2), B(2), C(2), Start at the title screen. Press Left or Right to select the sounds to be played.
View credits:
Press C, B, A(2), B, C, Y, Z, X, Down(2), Start at the title screen.
Staff Ball hidden game:
Press X, Y, Z, X, Y, Z, C, B, A, Up, Down at the title screen.
Hidden victors:
Press X, Y, Z, X, Y, Z, C, B, A, Up(2), Start at the title screen. You will play on a small pinball machine that normally appears after the game is completed, before the ending credits.
Hidden introduction sequence:
Load the game disc when the Saturn's internal clock is between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. A FMV sequence about the making of the game will be displayed.
