Microsoft’s Slimmer Xbox 360 Consoles
July 14, 2008
Apparently there is some talk about a Microsoft idea for advancing their console in terms of making is smaller and more affordable. As research develops they are improving their motherboards and chip sets. This reflects lower prices for the consumer and easier production of more powerful equipment as seen in 2005, their original model used a Xenon motherboard was replaced with a smaller model which consequently, though not readily visually apparent, shaved the model down in size and upped it in efficiency. Does this mean Xbox will be debuting an amazing new design and throwing a party? I doubt it as this is just hearsay, however it almost seems inevitable as technology maintains its ever shrinking size and growing power.
