Low gravity:

Infinite continues
Press L1, L2, L1, Square, Triangle, Circle at the cheat menu.
Alternately, successfully complete the game in season mode to unlock
the Infinite continues option at the cheat menu.
Thick fog
Press R2, R1, X, Square(2), Circle at the cheat menu. Alternately,
successfully complete the game in demolition mode under the easy,
medium, and hard difficulty setting to unlock the Thick Fog And New
York track options at the cheat menu.
All tracks
Press R1, Triangle, X(2), R2, L1 at the cheat menu.
Jump option
Press L1, L2, L1, R2, X(2) at the cheat menu. Alternately,
successfully complete the game in last man standing mode to unlock
the Jump option at the cheat menu.
Opponent Death cars
Press L2, Square, L1, R2, R2, X at the cheat menu.
Death wall:
Press X, Square, R2, Triangle, R1, R2 at the cheat menu.
Death car
Press L1, Square, R1, R2, L2, L1 at the cheat menu. Alternately,
successfully complete the game in simulation mode to unlock the
Death Car and Miami track options at the cheat menu.
All cars
Press Triangle, X, Triangle, Square, L2, Triangle at the cheat menu.
More drivers and cars
Press R1 at the driver selection screen to get more drivers
(developers) or L1 to get more cars (Hotrod, Soapbox, Future car,
Roadster, etc.).
Unlimited turbo
Press X(2), Square(2), L2(2) at the cheat menu.
No time out:
Press Square, L1, R2, Circle, Triangle, R1 at the cheat menu.
Alternately, successfully complete the game in time trial mode under
the easy, medium, and hard difficulty settings to unlock the No Time
Out and Moon track options at the cheat menu.
Rocket wheels
Press L1, R2, Triangle, Square(2), Triangle at the cheat menu.
Alternately, successfully complete the game in block your opponent
mode under the easy, medium, and hard difficulty settings to unlock
the Rocket Wheels and Boston Big Dig track options at the cheat
menu.
Night drive
Press X, Circle, Triangle, L2, R2, L1 at the cheat menu.
Alternately, successfully complete the game in lock-on mode under
the easy, medium, and hard difficulty settings to unlock the Night
Drive and Alpine Raceway track options at the cheat menu.
Cigar car
Finish in first place on Frankfurt track in arcade mode.
Driving 101 FMV sequence:
Complete all Driving 101 options to unlock the Driving
101 FMV sequence.
