Hint: Sure Fire 1 HP Attack
All you need is a pokemon with the False Swipe attack. The Zangoose that you get from Zook has it by default. A pokemon with this move can almost always leave any opposing pokemon of lower level with 1 hit point, making it an easy target for pokeballs.
Hint: Recapture Missed Shadow Pokemon
If you didn't manage to snag any shadow pokemon that you wanted, then keep fighting that Mirror B. guy until you catch it.
Shadow Dragonite
To acquire Shadow Dragonite, collect twenty Shadow Pokemon and ten regular Pokemon. Now, go see the leader of one of the gangs. Battle that leader and you will receive the Shadow Dragonite in return. (unverified)

Amulet Coin Say "Yes" to every question.
White Herb Say "Yes" to 2 questions.
Mental Herb Say "Yes to 1 question.
Quick Claw Say "No" to every question.
Hint: Lugia
To have a chance at snagging Lugia, you must first snag the first
60. Now, go to the mountain with a Groundon statue and Lugia will
fly there. You will them battle him. He is at level 50.
Hint: Fourth generation Pokemon
There are two new Pokemon in this game from the fourth generation.
They are Munchlax and Bonsly.
Hint: Miror B
Early in the game, you can find Miror B. The first time you
encounter him, he will ask to join his group.
If you say yes, he thinks you are lying, & if
you say no, he gets mad. Either way,
you will battle him. He has a Shadow Nosepass. The second time you encounter him, he is on this island. When you talk to him, he will battle you again. This time he has a Shadow Dragonite
