Cell: Beat Cell with Goku.
Dabura: Get 100 Kili on Babidi's Spaceship.
Frieza: Beat Frieza with Goku
Future Trunks: Beat Vegeta on Namek with Kid Trunks.
Ginyu: Beat Ginyu on Namek with Vegeta.
Hercule: Beat Fat Buu with Great Saiyaman on stage 6.
Kabitoshin: Get 7 dragonballs and wish for the capsule from the Dragon.
Nappa: Beat Nappa with Vegeta
Raditz: Beat Raditz with Goku.
Recoome: Beat Recoome with Goku.
Saiyaman: Beat Cell with Gohan - adult only.

Supreme Kai: Beat Supreme Kai with Goku.
Teen Gohan: Beat the last Cell on Supreme Kai's planet with Adult Gohan.
Tiencha: Get both breakthroughs of Tien and Yamcha
Vegeta: Beat Vegeta with Goku on Namek.
Vegeto: Wish for it on the Dragonballs
Videl: Beat Super Buu as Hercule Stage 8
Yamcha: Beat Nappa with Tien.
Unlockable: Alternate Stages
Select a stage with the Y button to play in an alternate version of that area.
Hint: Goten Defence Exploit
If you are on the Story mode where you can choose two team players, choose Gohan
and Goten. Set Goten's Skills to Mysterious Vest, Mixed Blood Power, and two
moves of your choice (Super Saiyan, Kamehameha, etc.).
Move the Goten Piece to the Goku and Gohan pieces and get thirty defense from
each. After done with that you can't lose a battle. They Will not be able to
hurt you. It will knock you around but it will not hurt you. The worst player
could win against the strongest enemy. This will not work in dueling, or World
Tournament modes.
