Power-Up Characters(NA Version)
This is how to unlock all the power-up characters in the NA version. For
the characters in story mode, it is easier if you have finished that
specific character's story 1st and then go back. If the character
doesn't appear the 1st time, do something else(Time Attack, Bonus Mode,
etc.) and come back and try again. To unlock the characters that are in
Story mode, you must beat them in battle.UnlockableHow to Unlock

BragoBeat Level 52 [Don't Disappoint Me] in Zeno's story, then go to
Mochinoki Park
KanchomeIn Tia's story, beat Kanchome the 2nd time, Brago, and
Bari then go to the Circus Tent.
KidoFinish Zatch's story, then continue it and go to Mochinoki Park.
LailaBeat Power-Up Mode Time Attack as normal Laila and beat it.
Laila(waking)Beat Power-Up Mode Time Attack as normal Laila(waking)
and beat it.
Milordo-ZBeat Power-Up Mode Time Attack as normal Milordo-Z and beat
it.

Unlock Zeno/Dufort: On the Title Screen, press Up, up, down, down, left,
right, left, right, B, A.
Unlock his story mode, enter the code Up, up, down, down, left, right,
left, right, A, B.
Unlock Maestro as a playable character (Japanese version only)
Win Time Attack mode 300 times. Maestro will challenge you, beat him and
he will be unlocked as a playable character.
Ponygon
To unlock Ponygon, you must 1st get the powered-up version of
Brago and Sherry in Zeno's story. To do this, after defeating Brago
and Sherry in Zeno's story, go to the park. Defeat powered up
Brago/Sherry, who are encountered randomly. Now, complete Zenos
story, which will unlock powered up Brago/Sherry. Afterwards, use
powered up Brago in time attack mode on normal opponents, and not
the powered up version if you have it. The last level you do should
be Ponygon. Defeat him, and at the end of time attack mode, you
should unlock him. Ponygon has no spells. If you try to use one, a
"?" will appear on his head.
Alternatively, complete Time Attack mode with any character. Getting
the powered-up version of a character helps.
Unlock Victoream/Mohawk Ace
Buy all 31 Mamodo Cards from the Card Shop.
Maestro
In the Japanese version, win Time Attack mode 300 times to face
Maestro. Defeat him to unlock him as a selectable character.
Play as Milordo-Z and Koko:
Buy all Spell cards in bonus mode.
Play as Dr. Riddles and Kido:
Defeat Mr. Riddles and Kido in any story mode.
Unlock Zeon/Deufo as a playable character
Complete Zeon's Story Mode(level 35-43) to unlock Zeon/Deufo as playable
characters.
