Weapons
Press L when near the apron in a hardcore match to get a weapon. Press L + Down to place it in the ring.
Play on the other show
First, win all the original show your character is from. Then you will be able to play on the other show, facing the characters from that one.

Win the RAW story mode five times with Chris Jericho.
Hulk Hogan
Beat season mode with The Rock.
Roll Up Pin
Kick your opponent, then go behind him and press A.
The Big Show
Win story mode five times with The Undertaker.
