Fourth Weapons
Use the smith to upgrade your weapon to level 4. Plus successfully complete any battle with 500 or more kills. You will receive that character's fourth weapon at the end of the battle.
All Image Galleries & Scenes
You must collect all 4th weapons & 1000 KOs medals for all unique characters. Easy enough .. right!
Adjust Time Limit
You must finish Empire Mode.
Officer Death Options
You must unlock 50 weapons.
Time Limit
Finish Empire Mode.

You have to Smith the weapon to level 4. In a battle get 500 K.O.s.
