Enemy targeting Manipulation

The trick is to basically have one of your characters face away from your enemy. The enemies that are in range with the your group will target the character with their back facing them. This then can spar your other characters from damage.
Trick to Leveling Up

Leveling up can be difficult but if you have skills or magic like Guard Up, Rym Shield, Rym Wall, Attack Block, for a character, then cast those skills or spells on a supporting member. You will get 30 exp. for this, which will allow you to quickly and easily level up.
How to unlock New Game+

First you need to win the game. After the game’s ending make sure you save your game . Now go back to your save file from the main menu. You’ll now be able to reload your save file to start a new game with all characters and with their statistics and equipment. *** Also new areas of the game will be unlocked.
