Adventure Island : Unlimited Continues
At the end of the 1st stage (right before the G sign), jump up and down to get an egg. This egg contains a Hudson Bee, which allows for unlimited continues. At any point where you have lost all of your lives, hit any direction on the the arrow key pad, and press Start to continue at the level you ended. Nice huh?
