Press CTRL + SHIFT + C to access the cheat window, then enter the following:
motherlode: 50,000 simoleans
boolprop constrainFloorElevation false: Allows you to change elevation of floor tiles.
familyfunds (Family's last name) XXXX: Alots any amount of money you desire to any sim
RoofSlopeAngle (15-75): Changes the slope angle of a roof
clear: Clears all cheat codes on the screen, but codes are still in effect.
exit: closes cheat window
boolprop constrainFloorElevation true: Disables the ability to change elevation of floor tiles.
help [cheat command]: Displays information about listed cheat.
expand: expands or contracts cheat window
kaching: get 1000 cash
force twins: Have twins when baby is born
boolprop ShowLotPackageFilename (True/False): In neighborhood, shows filename of house when lot is highlighted
vsync (on/off): increases game performance but lowers graphics
autopatch (on/off): lets you know if theres a patch
help -all: list cheats
StretchSkeleton: makes your sims larger or smaller
moveobjects (on/off): moves objects and deletes you couldnt before
slowmotion: Puts the game in slow motion. Enter any number that 0 through 8 (0=fastest and 8=slowest)
boolprop lotTerrainLighting (True/False): Set to false and lots will not light up when highlighted in neighborhood
boolprop locktiles (True/False): Set to false to place floor tiles outside lot
boolprop displayNeighborhoodRoadsWithModel (True/False): Set to false to remove bridges from neighborhood.
boolprop lotTerrainPaints (True/False): Set to false to remove floorpainting on lot
boolprop displayNeighborhoodProps (True/False): Set to false to remove props like rocks and towers from neighborhood
boolprop objectShadows (True/False): Set to false to remove removes shadows on objects outside house
boolprop lotWater (True/False): Set to false to remove removes water (ponds) from lots

social_debug: You can tell what social reaction will happen before you do it

Type in the cheat box "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" (no quotes) now hold shift and click on your sim, you can make or cure a sim as vampire, give it a cell phone, speed up pregnency, make alien pregnet (etc.) BUT THERES MORE! Type this in @ create a family and press shift+N (no plus sign) and make sure you aren't typing the name in! Now it will say "create a character is now in debugging mode" This means you can get different clothes, hats and hair, such as the jobs (maid docter police etc.) and you get vampire and alien skin, and the grim reaper's clothes and the social bunny' costume! (the social bunny is a big bunny with a missing eye and its on some show on the sims, I dont remember wich:.) :) Also, if you go to the sims house, type the cheat in, then go to the map (save) and come back to there house, you can raise the bars in the skill points, and their intrests, and the thing where it says how grouchy or nicet hey are and clean or slobby, yeah. That. And you can make sim's relationships better or worse, and raise thet motives, but a better way to raise motive bars is to type in the box: maxmotives :) :)

First press ctrl-shift-c then type in motherlode to get $50,000 do this as many times as you want!
50,000 Simoleans
During gameplay, press CTRL, Shift and C to make the cheats console come up. Now, insert "motherlode" (minus the quotes) to receive 50,000 Simoleans automatically.
