Select practice mode stage
Highlight Practice Mode, hold L2 and press R2 the following number of times:

Unlock Devil Jin
Play as both Jin and Heihachi in tag mode and press Left, Right, Square, Triangle, Triangle, and X while playing as Jin.
the Monster Behind Unknown
In arcade mode, highlight Unknown, hold select, circle and triangle, and press R1, R2 and the same time. Only the monster behind Unknown should appear during game play on the 4th stage.

Highlight Eddy and press Start.
Gallery Mode
Unlock Devil to access the gallery mode.
Unlock Doctor Boskonovitch
Get the top score in Tekken Bowl mode.
Tekken Bowl Jukebox
Get 200 points in Bowl Mode.
Tekken Bowl Mode
Unlock Ogre to access Tekken Bowl Mode.

Beat the game to unlock each secret character, which are opened in this order:

New Outfit for Armor King
First finish the game using Armor King. Then go to the character selection screen, highlight him and press Start.
Theater Mode
Beat the game one time to unlock the Theater Mode.

Ling's Extra Ending
Beat arcade mode with Ling, then beat it again in her schoolgirl costume. Then you can to view two different endings that she has.

get the highest rank in tekken bowl. Using any of the following characters makes this easier:- unknown, brian, yoshimitsu.
Alternatively, you could hit dr.B on the left of screen 10 times in a row, then yu get him.

Beat arcade mode without losing in less than 5 minutes, 30 seconds.
