From the title screen, press A, L, A, R, A, L, Select, Select, Start.

Quickly and repeatedly press Start at the continue screen until the remaining number of continues increases to nine.
All levels
From the title screen, press L, Select, A, Select, R, A, L, Select. Press Select, R, and L to scroll through the levels. Select a level, then press Left to highlight the Start-option with the boomerang.
Cheat mode
From the title screen, press L, Select, A, Select, R, A, L, Select.
