When the ISS screen comes up type top c, top c, bottom c, bottom c, left c, right c, left c, right c then B then A then start while holding Z.

Type In Up, C-up, Up, C-up, Down, C-Down, Down, C-Down, Left, C-Left, Right, C-Right, Left, C-Left, Right, C-Right. B, A, Hold Z & Press Start.
